Partner terms
These terms govern participation in the SnapShotBox e.U. partner program and the entitlement to commission.
1. Attribution via voucher code
A commission entitlement arises only if the client states the partner's personal voucher code during the inquiry or booking and that code is applied to the booking. If a different code or no code is used, attribution is technically impossible and no commission is owed. Subsequent attribution, for example by naming a person, through referrals or other evidence, does not take place. If several partners claim the same client, the code actually recorded on the booking governs. The entitlement is tied to the code, not to the person who made the referral.
2. Existing inquiries
A commission entitlement exists only for clients who have not previously submitted an inquiry with SnapShotBox before the partner's referral. If an offer has already been created, the voucher code cannot be applied retroactively; no partner commission is triggered for such bookings. The time of the first inquiry with SnapShotBox is decisive.
3. Participation and approval
Participation begins only upon express approval by SnapShotBox. There is no entitlement to be accepted into the program. The voucher code is activated upon approval.
4. Client discount
The code grants the client per booking. Combination with other vouchers, promotions or discounts is excluded.
5. Amount and calculation of commission
The basis of calculation is the invoiced amount after deduction of the client discount, excluding travel and ancillary costs. The commission is a final amount and includes any VAT.
6. Commission tiers
The applicable tier depends on the number of events completed within the current calendar year. Counting restarts with each calendar year. A change of tier applies from the next booking onwards and not retroactively to bookings already settled.
7. Accrual and due date
The entitlement arises only once the event has been fully carried out. Commissions are paid out exclusively after successful completion of the booking and never in advance. If the booking is cancelled or not carried out, the entitlement for that booking lapses entirely.
8. Invoicing and payout
The partner issues the commission invoice themselves and sends it to book@snapshotbox.at. Payouts are made from an amount of ; lower amounts are carried over to the next settlement.
9. Excluded bookings
The partner's own bookings as well as bookings by persons or companies affiliated with the partner do not trigger a commission.
10. Use of the voucher code
The code is personal and non-transferable. Publication on voucher, discount or coupon portals, paid advertising on the SnapShotBox brand and any misleading promotion are prohibited. In case of breach or misuse SnapShotBox may deactivate codes without prior notice and withhold outstanding commissions.
11. Data protection
For referred bookings the partner receives only the name and the event date as well as the commission data. No further client data is disclosed.
12. Term and termination
Participation runs for an indefinite period and may be ended by either side at any time informally by email. Entitlements already accrued from completed events remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these terms
SnapShotBox may amend these terms with effect for the future. Partners are informed of a new version and confirm it in the partner area. Changes do not apply retroactively to bookings already confirmed.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the court competent for the registered office of SnapShotBox e.U., unless mandatory statutory jurisdiction provides otherwise.
