Frequently asked questions
Who can see the pictures?
Only people with the link and the password. The gallery is not public and not indexed by search engines.
How long does the gallery stay online?
12 months after the event. We extend that period on request.
Can guests upload their own photos?
Yes, by QR code or link, without an app and without an account. On request only visible after your approval.
What is the face search and is it voluntary?
It lets guests find their own pictures. It only starts when the guest explicitly agrees, and it can be switched off for the whole gallery.
Can I have single pictures deleted?
Yes, at any time. Tell us or delete them yourself in the customer portal.
Do I get the pictures in original resolution?
Yes, individually or all together as a download.
Can my photographer add their pictures?
