How long does a rental last?
The standard is a day rental: we set up before the event starts, the equipment stays for the entire event day and we collect it the next day. No surcharge after midnight. Exception: the 360° video booth runs with on-site supervision as hourly packages from 4 hours.
How does delivery and setup work?
For the photo booth, photo mirror, 360° video booth and drone photo booth, we deliver directly to the venue, set up before the event and collect the equipment the next day. The audio guestbook is shipped, while the digital photo booth needs no hardware. During the event we are available 24/7 by phone and remotely.
How many guests can use the booth?
There is no limit to the number of photos. The photo mirror generally shoots in portrait format and the classic photo booth in landscape format, but both formats are possible with either system. For groups, we tailor the framing and backdrop to the venue.
Where do you deliver?
From Mödling we deliver to Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland with a fixed delivery zone and quick availability. Upper Austria, Styria, Salzburg and Carinthia are available on request.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend inquiring as early as possible, especially for Saturdays during peak season (May to October) and in December. Last-minute requests are welcome too, as long as your preferred date is still available.
