A photo strip ends up in a handbag and eventually in a drawer. A magnet ends up on the fridge. A keychain comes along every single day. That is the whole idea behind our keepsake stations: the pictures taken at your photo booth turn into an object your guests take home, while the party is still going.
Keychain Station
Four stations belong to this product world: magnet, keychain, button and lenticular. Each stands on its own next to the booth, guests pick their shot, and the keepsake is made on site, either self-service or run by our team. You can rent a single station or add it to a booth you have already booked. They do not work without a photo booth or photo mirror, because that is where the pictures come from.
Button Station
The flipbook and the video guest book are separate products with their own pages. They can be added to your photo booth too, but they are not part of the four stations above. What makes sense for your event depends on guest numbers, the schedule and the space at your venue: we sort that out when you send your enquiry.

At the magnet station, the photo from the booth becomes a square fridge magnet, made right there. Guests choose their shot and hold the finished keepsake moments later. The station runs either staffed or self-service and works with any of our photo booths.
Video Guest Book
Personal keychains made from photo booth pictures, round or in the classic photo strip format, with 25 strap colours to choose from. For an extra personal touch, add name stamping: our leather stamper puts each guest's name straight onto the strap. Staffed or self-service.
What your guests take home
Pin badges made from photo booth pictures that guests wear the same evening. Buttons are the keepsake that becomes visible immediately: on a jacket, a bag, a lapel. At corporate events and trade shows they double as a branded give-away.

A lenticular print is a separate product and merges two images into one: either two ordinary photos, or an original shot plus an AI version of it. A special lens film makes the picture switch depending on the angle you look from. It is the kind of keepsake people tilt back and forth without thinking. Available on its own or alongside your photo booth.

The flipbook is a standalone product: instead of a still, the booth records a short video sequence, or turns a single photo into movement using AI. One of our team prints the individual frames, trims them and binds them into a flipbook on site. This station is always staffed, because every book is made by hand.
The video guest book is a product in its own right, just like the audio guest book. It records what your guests want to tell you, in picture and sound, in 4K, with a dedicated high-quality microphone rather than camera audio. You decide in advance how long a message can be, anywhere between 15 seconds and two minutes. You receive the recordings together with your photo gallery, no later than seven days after the event.
Event size is a guideline based on experience and depends heavily on your schedule: an evening with a long, relaxed programme suits a hand-made station far better than a tightly timed one. For the video guest book, around 200 messages per event is typical, there is no fixed limit.

What is a keepsake station?
A keepsake station is a separate unit next to the photo booth where the pictures taken become an actual object: a magnet, a keychain or a button. The difference from an ordinary print: your guest keeps and uses the result rather than just owning a photo.
Does a keepsake station replace traditional wedding favours?
For many couples, yes. Bought favours are ordered identically for everyone before the party has even started. A keepsake from the station shows the guest themselves, on this particular evening. Whether you still put something on the table is a matter of taste: what the station really solves is finding something for 90 people that nobody throws away.
How many keepsakes should we plan for?
It depends less on guest numbers than on behaviour: not everyone visits the station, but some people come back more than once. We agree the quantity with you before booking: tell us the expected number of guests and how long the party runs, and you get a realistic recommendation.
Are the keepsakes really made during the party?
Yes. Magnets, keychains and buttons are produced on site while your event is running, and the same goes for the separate lenticular and flipbook products. The video guest book is the exception: you receive those recordings afterwards through your online gallery, no later than seven days after the event.
Do the stations need someone from your team on site?
It varies. The magnet and keychain stations can be booked staffed or as self-service, depending on how much traffic you expect. The flipbook is always staffed, because every book has to be printed, trimmed and bound. At the video guest book, your guests handle everything themselves.
Can we book several stations at once?
Yes, and it often makes sense. One self-service station for volume plus one staffed station as a highlight works well, because the queues do not block each other. How many stations your venue can take depends on space and power outlets: tell us what you have in mind in your enquiry.
What do the stations need at the venue?
Floor space near the photo booth, and power. The video guest book runs off a standard 230 V socket. We confirm the space and power needs of the other stations during the enquiry, based on your venue: that also tells us whether a table is enough or we bring our own furniture.
How far in advance should we enquire?
As early as you can: we hold a limited number of stations, and peak-season weekends go first. The content decisions come later: for the video guest book we finalise the prompt, the message length and the start screen no later than 14 days before the event. Enquire early, decide the details in your own time.
