How is the audio guestbook delivered?
By post directly to the venue or delivered alongside a photo booth. Shipping and return shipping are included.
When does the welcome message need to arrive?
For a shipped device, at least 2 weeks before the event. When delivered with a photo booth, no later than 3 days before. Send us the greeting as a voice note.
Can the phone stand alone without supervision?
Yes. The audio guestbook is self explanatory and doesn't need permanent supervision. A small sign explains the process to guests.
Which phone models are available?

How many voice messages fit on the device?
Storage capacity is effectively unlimited. Every individual recording is saved.
When do we receive the finished recordings?
Within 7 working days after the event at the latest. Every message is individually processed (noise removal, volume balancing), and we additionally create a continuous compilation of all messages in chronological order.
Can the audio guestbook be combined with a photo booth?
Yes: this is in fact the most common booking case for weddings. When booked together with a photo booth or photo mirror, the separate shipment is dropped and everything is set up on-site by our team. Audio and image are captured on the same evening, in the same place.
