Can our logo be integrated into the print layout?
Yes, always. Logo, year, occasion and an optional claim go onto the print layout. One revision round per layout is included.
What about GDPR consent from our staff?
Use of the booth is voluntary; every guest decides whether to have a photo taken and whether it goes into the gallery. On request we provide a short GDPR text block to embed in the calendar invite to your team.
Can the photos be used for employer branding later?
Only with explicit consent of the people shown. For your careers page or LinkedIn we hand you a two-step approval process with a template form.
How early should we book for a staff party?
Summer parties 6 to 8 weeks in advance, Christmas parties on Advent Saturdays 3 to 6 months, anniversaries 2 to 3 months. Weekday events are usually still available 4 weeks out.
Can the invoice go to the parent company or a different legal entity?
Yes. Just enter the differing invoicing address in the inquiry. On request we also issue collective invoices for multiple events per year.
