Do you also deliver to Styria or Salzburg?
Yes. We deliver our premium photo booths to all Austrian provinces. From Graz and Linz to Salzburg and Klagenfurt. Travel costs are transparently stated in the individual quote so you know exactly what to expect upfront.
How are delivery costs calculated for more distant locations?
Costs are based on the actual distance to the event location. We calculate fairly based on kilometres. Simply send us the inquiry with the date and address and you will receive a detailed, non-binding quote with all items itemised within 24 hours.
Is the full service included even with longer travel distances?
Yes, our complete full service is included with every booking, regardless of the province. This means: professional setup on the event day, operational briefing, 24/7 remote support during the event and next day collection. You do not need to worry about a thing.
Which products are available throughout Austria?
All our products are available nationwide, from the photo mirror and photo booth to the 360° video booth, drone photo booth and guestbooks. The full list is at /en/produkte. All add on services such as photo mosaic, slideshow or custom branding packages can also be booked anywhere.
How far in advance should I book?
For long-distance bookings outside our core region we plan at least 8 weeks lead time so the team, vehicles and, depending on distance, an overnight stay can be scheduled cleanly. Wedding season in summer rather 6 months. Short-notice confirmations for Salzburg or Carinthia are the exception for logistical reasons.
