Summer parties concentrate between May and September, peaking in June and July. We recommend 6 to 8 weeks lead time. Power (230V) must be available at the setup location, ideally in the shade. 3 days before the event we look at the forecast together and decide whether the planned outdoor position stays or plan B activates.

Does the photo booth work fully outdoors?
Yes, with sun and rain protection. We recommend a gazebo, a covered terrace or an open tent. Fully exposed setup in the rain or under direct midday sun is not possible.
What happens specifically if it rains during the event?
We define a plan B in the briefing: relocation to the gazebo, move to a covered terrace or controlled teardown if no fallback exists. 3 days before the event we check the forecast and align.
How does the 360° Video Booth work outdoors?
The 360° Video Booth needs around 3 × 3 metres of level ground and a power outlet. Outdoors it shines against sky, pool or garden. Direct sunlight on the camera is avoided through a shaded position.
Is the setup suitable for a large corporate summer event with 200 to 500 guests?
Yes. At this scale we recommend combining Photo Booth and 360° Video Booth at 2 points so no queue forms. Lead capture and branding are optionally available.
How much space do I need in the garden or by the pool?
Classic Photo Booth: around 2 × 2 metres including backdrop. Photo Mirror: around 2 × 2 metres. 360° Video Booth: around 3 × 3 metres. The ground must be level and stable; soft lawn works only in a limited way.
